Обязанности:
- Welcome guests on arrival.
- Check guests in and out using PMS Opera and Mobile Guest Service, issue room keys using VISION program, provide guests full hotel services information.
- Be positive, stress-resistant and super multi-tasking to assist and fulfill almost all guest’s requests, informing about local attractions and current events, provide additional services.
- Handle incoming calls, take Room Service orders, manage external and internal business correspondence, make room reservations (out of Reservation department working hours), etc.
- Deal with guest requests, comments or complaints, to be proactive in resolving of guest problems.
- Communicate with other hotel departments when needed in order to comply guests requests.
- Prepare bills and deal with payments, creating outstanding impression upon guests departure.
Требования:
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- A passion to work with people.
- Be a stress-resistant and multi-tasking.
- Be a good team-player and learn fast.
